What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations within 24 hours of a scheduled visit may carry a $25 cancellation fee. Free consultations are always exempt. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
Do you only sit cats?
Yes, we are cat specialists. Focusing on cats means every part of our service, from visit structure to first aid training, is built around feline care. Custom household visits are available by arrangement after a free consultation for households with special routines.
Why choose in-home cat sitting instead of boarding?
Most cats do best in their own territory. Staying home keeps their routine, food, litter box, and hiding spots unchanged, which lowers stress and avoids exposure to unfamiliar animals. An in-home sitter brings the care to your cat instead of moving your cat to the care.
How do I book a cat sitter with Eagan Cat Sitters?
Book through our online scheduling page (opens in a new tab), call us at (651) 460-0029, or send a note through the contact form on our homepage. Booking requests are reviewed and confirmed by us, and new clients start with a free in-home consultation.
Can you be a backup sitter for my regular sitter?
Yes. Some of our clients use us as a backup to a regular sitter or for overflow dates. We still start with a free consultation and keep a care plan on file, so when you need us we already know your cat.
